1.20 If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 7 days of delivery of the goods.
1.21 To return goods within 7 days of delivery of the goods, you must notify us by email on email@example.com, or phone us on 01905 670098 (or on another number we may provide from time to time) and thereafter you are responsible for returning any goods to us at 72-74 Sedgley Road, woodsetton, Dudley, DY1 4NG. Return of goods after day 7 of delivery of the goods is entirely at our discretion.
1.22 All goods to be returned under this policy must be packaged securely, together with the packing slip sent with the goods. We recommend that you return the goods by recorded delivery.
1.23 On return of the goods pursuant to these terms and conditions, conditional upon the goods being returned in the same condition (and in no worse condition) as they were sent to you, we shall refund all sums paid by you to us, but shall not be responsible to you for any cost of returning the goods, such as (but not limited to) postage charges. If the return is due to faulty or damaged goods, then all sums including return postage shall be refunded.
1.24 Except in the case of faulty or damaged goods, this right to cancel does not apply to:
1.25 goods made up to your specification or highly personalised goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly, periodicals, books, DVDs, videos or magazines. We have sole exclusivity to determine what is highly personalised goods.
1.24 This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
